Simulator Training Scripts, Built by Pilots Who Flew the Line

AeroSource develops and manages flight simulator training scripts for airlines, training organizations, and OEMs — grounded in decades of airline check pilot and military flying experience, and delivered through a structured, schema-driven production system.

Airline and Military Training Experience, In-House

AeroSource was founded by two career aviators. Between us: airline check pilot and chief pilot authority across Airbus and Boeing fleets, RCAF and RAF operational flying, and thousands of hours delivering and evaluating training in the simulator. We don’t write about training from the outside — we’ve built, flown, and checked it.

What We Do

Script Development

Complete simulator training scripts for AQP and traditional programs — sessions, events, briefing material, and instructor support documents, written to your SOPs and fleet requirements.

Structured Content Management

Every script we produce lives in a validated, schema-driven system: version controlled, consistency-checked, and exportable to instructor, student, and IOS-ready formats from a single source.

Currency and Compliance

Scripts are maintained against current procedures — ATC phraseology, navigation data cycles, and regulatory requirements — so your training material stays aligned with the operation it supports.

Why AeroSource

Fleet Breadth

Working experience across seven transport fleet types — A220, A320, A330, B737, B767, B777, and B787 — plus military multi-engine operations.

Engineered Consistency

Our production pipeline validates every script against a common schema before it ships. Same structure, same quality, every fleet, every session.

Built in Canada

Based in Ottawa, working to Transport Canada and NAV CANADA standards, with direct familiarity with Canadian AQP and military training environments.
